  • Objection: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a data subject request to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your EU member state or, in the UK, with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Canada and adequacy

Canada has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Transfers of data to Canada from the EEA do not require additional safeguards.
