What currency are the prices in?
Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Prices are shown exclusive of tax.
Is the annual discount automatic?
Yes. When you choose the annual billing option at checkout, the 20% discount is applied to the total before tax. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do the instruments work without an account?
The five instruments — System Builder, Brand Generator, Component Playground, UX Audit, and Resource Generator — run entirely in the browser and do not require a login. The System Builder saves one state to localStorage on the free plan. No account is required for any of this.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
